Thought I would share a couple of cards I submitted to Scrap & Stamp Arts.  They were looking for "doggie" cards for their section called "Who Let The Dogs Out?!, so I submitted these two and they are published in the Aug/Sept 2015 publication.

Well, summer is in full swing... longer days, vacationing fun, and hot weather. Come and take some time out for yourself! We will make four cards, and a matchbook sticky note holder, dog or cat theme of your choice. Learn to make a latch card and the triple play stamping technique.

What to do for Father's Day!

If you haven't made your Father's Day card yet, it's not too late!  I just followed the recipe

The grandkids will love giving this to their dad tomorrow.

The cuts are from the Close To My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge. I also used our silver Sequins as wheel centers, and placed two by the "dad" sentiment at top of card. The inside paper is from the Jackson paper collection. Hurry - -  you still have time to make yours!!

JUNE WORKSHOP - SEASIDE MINI ALBUM

Happy May my paper crafting friends!!

With the summer heat just around the corner, and summer vacations in mind, I decided to put together this Seaside mini album (5" x 7") for my June Workshops. 

 

The inside pages are created by using two pieces of 12" x 12" cardstock; scored, folded and cut. You will receive a package of the Seaside Compliments, along with all the paper product and embellishments to make your book. Cost of this workshop will be $27.00.

BUSY DAYS STAMPING CARDS

I have been busy the past 3 days with my workshops going on, and then I joined some friends from our stamp club and did some more stamping on Saturday afternoon and evening. Just couldn't miss out on what the Glitter Girls might be doing!  Here is one of my favorites that was shared by Twylla. I cut out a second hat and pizza and adhered with foam tape to give a 3-D look. Also slit his gloves a little and pulled them forward as if he's holding onto the pizza.

Seasons Greetings!  Today I am sharing a card I made with an Art Impressions stamp called "Seasons Greetings". There is Graphic 45 paper in the background, and I colored the image with Copic markers.  Added some itty bitty red brads and red ribbon. 

MERRIEST CHRISTMAS CARD

Had some time this afternoon, so I made this Christmas card. I wanted to create something using the reindeer from the Close To My Heart Cut Above Christmas Card Kit. I actually added Whisper ink to the reindeer so he would match the paper on my card. Snowhaven paper pack (X7188B) and Merriest Christmas Holiday (B1468) stamp set was used for my design. Now, created your own!  Happy crafting!

QUICK & EASY CHRISTMAS CARD

Had to share a quick and easy card you can make with your scraps of paper.  I made 5 of the same card within an hour this afternoon!  Cards were made with Close To My Heart Snowhaven paper pieces, cranberry ink and ribbon, and glacier and white cardstock.  I can't take the credit for this one; saw the idea on Pinterest by consultant Vicki Wizniuk. I chose the paper and colors I wanted to use.
