CHANGE OF WEATHER

In Arizona, we always love a cool, rainy day.  We woke up to a bright, warm, sunshine day, but shortly after lunch the clouds came in and we had a rumbling thunderstorm, which brought a nice rain and cooler temperatures.  So nice to have the screen doors open for awhile!

So, as I sat in my craft room, I decided to make these simple fall cards to put in my customer's orders.  If you ordered from me within the past week, you will be getting one of these!  Hope I have inspired you to make some fall cards of your own. 

 

 

 



I haven't had the opportunity yet, but I am getting anxious to try out the new Watercolor Paints from Close To My Heart.

There are 36 delicious colors, and I can't wait to add a splash of color to some cards!!  We will be using these watercolor paints at one of my upcoming workshops. Be watching my blog to find out more.

MY CARDS ARE PUBLISHED!

Thought I would share a couple of cards I submitted to Scrap & Stamp Arts.  They were looking for "doggie" cards for their section called "Who Let The Dogs Out?!, so I submitted these two and they are published in the Aug/Sept 2015 publication.

AUGUST WORKSHOP

Well, summer is in full swing... longer days, vacationing fun, and hot weather. Come and take some time out for yourself! We will make four cards, and a matchbook sticky note holder, dog or cat theme of your choice. Learn to make a latch card and the triple play stamping technique.

What to do for Father's Day!

If you haven't made your Father's Day card yet, it's not too late!  I just followed the recipe

The grandkids will love giving this to their dad tomorrow.

The cuts are from the Close To My Heart Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge. I also used our silver Sequins as wheel centers, and placed two by the "dad" sentiment at top of card. The inside paper is from the Jackson paper collection. Hurry - -  you still have time to make yours!!

JUNE WORKSHOP - SEASIDE MINI ALBUM

Happy May my paper crafting friends!!

With the summer heat just around the corner, and summer vacations in mind, I decided to put together this Seaside mini album (5" x 7") for my June Workshops. 

 

The inside pages are created by using two pieces of 12" x 12" cardstock; scored, folded and cut. You will receive a package of the Seaside Compliments, along with all the paper product and embellishments to make your book. Cost of this workshop will be $27.00.
